At this hidden pearl aimed at the laptop generation, actions speak louder than words. The former hardware store, housed in a concrete building charmingly resembling East German Plattens (high rises), features a cornucopia of activities that make it easy to wile away days here: bar camps, workshops, wi-fi lounging and open discussions all abound.
The venue also replenishes tired eyes and fingers with humorous chef inventions like the "Narcotic" (bean soup) or "Pandora's secret" (lamb curry) to even the mysteriously-named "African chewing wood"--though we'll let you figure out what the latter is. Even more novel is the pay-as-you-wish breakfast, chock-full of breads, muesli and fruit so you can gear up for a busy day filled with ... sitting.
